This organizer rebuilds a PDF from the page list you set. Add a file, use Move up / Move down to change order, use Delete to drop a page, then download. Rotation lives on the Rotate PDF tool, not here.
What you can change
Use this page when the PDF is the right file but the page sequence is wrong: a scan in reverse, a duplicate sheet, or a cover that should sit first. You get a new PDF with only the pages you kept, in the order shown in the list.
How to organize a PDF here
- Drop one PDF. The tool counts the pages and lists them in order.
- Tap Move up or Move down on a row to change its position.
- Tap Delete to remove a page from the output (the original file on disk is unchanged).
- Run the tool and download the rebuilt PDF.
When to use a different tool
Sideways pages belong on Rotate PDF. Splitting into several files belongs on Split PDF. Combining separate PDFs belongs on Merge PDF. This page only deletes and reorders inside a single file.
Privacy
Page extract runs in the browser. The PDF is not sent to Evoke for organizing. Close the tab when you are done if the file is sensitive.
